The agreement for using BaiPe and buying the unlock.
1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of BaiPe. The operator’s legal name and address will be stated here before these terms take effect. By using the app you accept them. You must have legal capacity to contract.
2The service
BaiPe is a tool for issuing quotations, invoices and receipts. It is not an accounting service and does not give legal or tax advice. It does not issue VAT tax invoices.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you issue, including names, amounts, tax rates and the PromptPay number. Money your clients pay through the QR on a document goes directly to you, not through BaiPe.
3Free use and the unlock
You can issue 3 documents for free. The unlock costs ฿249, paid once with no subscription, and gives you unlimited documents and the paid features shown in the app before you buy.
When your payment is confirmed, the app unlocks and we send the unlock code to your email. Keep the code for when you change device.
The unlock code is personal to the buyer, does not expire, and must not be given away or resold.
Unlocked users get every update to the app that we release, at no extra cost. We do not guarantee whether, when or how often updates will be released, and we do not promise new features, or support for every device and browser forever.
4Your data
Your documents and data are stored only on your device. We hold no copy and cannot recover them. Data can be lost when you clear browser data, uninstall the app or change device. You are responsible for backing up regularly.
5Prohibited use
Do not use BaiPe to make forged or misleading documents, to use another person’s details or marks without the right to, or to get around the unlock check. The software and the BaiPe marks belong to the operator; you may use the app for your own work only.
6Liability
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights the law gives consumers. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by details entered wrongly, your own tax decisions, data lost because it was not backed up, or third-party services.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
7Changes and governing law
We may change these terms by showing the effective date on this page. Changes do not reduce what you have already bought. We may refuse an order or restrict the service in cases of fraud or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai version controls.
